Refund policy

  • Validity: This policy is applicable only in the United States and the European Union.

  • Return Period: You have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

  • Product Condition: Only new items are eligible for return; they must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the product price may apply to returned items.

  • Return Method: Returns must be processed by mail. The return label is the customer's responsibility.

  • Return Process: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
