DAMZ sells new, open-box, and professionally refurbished enterprise networking equipment.
- The condition of each item is stated in its product title and description.
- "Refurbished" items are pre-owned units that have been inspected, tested for core functionality, and cleaned before shipment. They may show minor cosmetic wear.
- Product images may be representative of the model rather than the exact unit; serial numbers, revision numbers, and cosmetic details may differ.
- Unless explicitly stated, products do not include software licenses, support contracts, or manufacturer warranty entitlements. Some products (for example, cloud-managed devices) require a separate license from the manufacturer.
- DAMZ is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the manufacturers whose products we sell. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- We make every effort to display accurate prices and specifications. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
- Payment is processed securely at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
- Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, for example because of stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product information.
- If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund any amount charged for that item.
